Kathrin: It was wonderful to see you working with Raleigh and Emma. Really enjoyed the spirit Emma showed and I think she is going to be quite a star with a bit more experience. Here's that easy lemonade: Juice 6 lemons, reserve juice and peels from 2 of the lemons. Chop the peels and put in pot with 2 C sugar and 1 C water. Bring to boil, simmer for 15 min. Strain, cool and mix with reserved juice, makes about 2 C. For glass of lemonade, mix 3 to 4 TB syrup - to taste - with ice and water in a glass, stir and enjoy. Cheers, Lee Klein
